الملخص :
عاش المعتمد بن عباد ملک إشبيلية حياة مليئة بالرفاهية والترف في وقت شبابه وفتوته ، غير أن نصفه الآخر من حياته قد تحول إلى عالم مليء بالحزن والأسى إثر فقده لوطنه وملکه، وما بين هذين العالمين نجد أن المعتمد قد وقع في دائرة الغياب؛ فجاء هذا البحث ليدرس أثر الغياب ووقعه على قلب المعتمد وعلى شعره ،ولغته التي فاضت بالحزن والشجن في ثلاث حالات حاطت به ونسجت خيوط الغياب حول عنقه مع المرأة ، والوطن ، والأهل ، والرفقة.
 Summary 
Al-Mu'tamid bin Abbad, King of Seville, lived a life full of luxury and luxury during his youth and his youth, but his other half of his life had turned into a world full of grief and sorrow after losing his homeland and possession, and between these two worlds, we find that Al-Mu'tamid fell into a cycle of absence. This research came to study the impact of absence and its impact on the heart of the adopted person and on his poetry, and his language that overflowed with sadness and sadness in three cases surrounding him and weaving strings of absence around his neck with the woman, the homeland, the family, and companionship.
